It’s time to celebrate another important anniversary after the 10 year work anniversary of our Sales Director, Graeme Lee. This week it’s also the 5 year anniversary of Cain Gregory, our Workshop Technician.  

Cain first came to MVIS in 2016 as part of his work experience at Highfields School in Matlock. We were so impressed by his talent and work ethic that we quickly asked him to stay and he joined our apprenticeship programme in 2017. Recruiting staff members from our apprenticeship programme is something that we are very proud of at Bartco UK, with 9 staff members joining us at an apprentice level and 8 of them continuing with us after the completion of their apprentices.

As a Workshop Technician, Cain builds, repairs and refurbishes our range of ITS solutions to ensure that our customers receive high-quality and reliable products. Whilst working at Bartco UK, Cain has also completed his first aid training and earned qualifications and experience in soldering, forklift operating, manual handling, health and safety, towing and electrical wiring, under the guidance of our experienced staff members. 

One of our biggest priorities is ensuring that our team are trained to the highest possible level, which is something that Cain has taken to very seriously. The additional skills and qualifications that Cain has achieved since working here have assisted him in his role, both on a technical level and on a professional level. This makes Cain a highly trained, experienced and valued member of the Bartco UK team. 

Cain has shown himself time and time again to be an integral part of our award-winning team, and we could not be happier that he has been with us for 5 years. Here’s to the next 5 years, Cain.
